| What does one license grant me permission to do? |

A FileTrack license grants you the right to run one instance (a single installation) of FileTrack on one web server and one web site for each license purchased. Each license may power one instance of FileTrack on one domain (www.yourname.com). For each installed instance of the program, a separate license is required.
For leased licenses, FileTrack may be run for a period of one year from the date of purchase. After this time, you are required to disable the software until a new license is purchased. To continue use, you must purchase a new license.
FileTrack Pro licenses may be run indefinitely. Your member access for upgrades will expire after one year (additional time is available), however you are not required to remove your software.

FileTrack is equipped with a powerful backend structure which ensures reliable results. By installing a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) on your web server, the software can take advantage of encrypted data to make sure your files and login information are never intercepted. With FileTrack and SSL, an extremely secure archive system can be achieved.

Credit card payments are processed by Paypal. You may also use PayPal to transfer money directly from your bank account, credit card or debit card. Paying with PayPal does NOT require a PayPal account. Any questions may be directed to sales@filetrack.com.

| What are the requirements to run FileTrack on my website? |

Minimum requirements to run FileTrack are:
*nix Based Server (NOT Windows)
PHP 4
MySQL 3
Javascript Enabled (On Administrator's Browser)
The filesize limit for uploads is restricted by your servers configuration and not our software. If your host does not allow for uploads sizes you need, we can offer hosting packages custom to your needs
The latest versions of both PHP and MySQL, however, are highly recommended.
If your host does not currently support these essential technologies, they may be download for free at http://www.php.net and http://www.mysql.com.

| How do I register a domain or transfer my license to a new domain? |

Upon purchasing a license, you are required to register the domain on which you would like to use FileTrack. To do this, fill in the respective form field on the purchase form. If you have a domain change, simply contact support with your account number, password, and your new & old domains.

| When purchasing a professional installation, what information do I need to provide? |

Once you have purchased a professional installation, we will eMail you for the following required information:
- FTP Host Name
- FTP User ID
- FTP Password
- Control Panel URL
- Control Panel User ID
- Control Panel Password
You may also provide the following optional information. If you have no preference, we will use our recommended settings.
- mySQL Database Name
- mySQL Username
- mySQL User Password
- eMail Content
- Interface Templates

| May I remove "Powered by FileTrack" copyright information when editing templates? |

Unless you have purchased the copyright removal license (an additional $99), the FileTrack copyright notice must remain visible on webpages using the FileTrack or FileTrack PRO software. The appropriate message is as follows:

| Can I customize the script by editing its source code? |

FileTrack source code may be edited, however we retain the full copyright. Modifications to the source code may cause future problems in upgrades and/or add-on modules. Also, please take note that we cannot provide professional upgrades on software with modified source code.
